Conveyor Ovens are for continuous process in which materials are kept directly on conveyor or kept on fixture/jig. RDR Taichi provides online powder coating booth and off line powder coating booth with single cyclone, multi cyclone and cartridge type auto clean recovery unit by looking into volume, product shape & size and foot print. Powder Recovery can be upto 99.99%.

RDR Taichi provides fully automated turnkey painting line with auto loading and unloading, auto painting by Robot, Reciprocator with auto gun or bell. Auto color change (CCV), 2K Mixing machine, auto flushing can be incorporated with the plant.

We provide Spray Pre-Treatment with online Dry Off Oven for continuous and online process. We provide tanks and enclosures in Stainless Steel 304/316 for long lasting life. Tanks are fully welded and enclosures leak proof sealed bolted joints for quick assembly at site. In each stage, liquid is circulated with the help of circulation Pump & Motor is Sprayed on the components by easy removable and adjustable Spray Nozzles.
