At RDR Taichi we have expertise in designing, manufacturing & execution of Zinc Flake Coating Line. Small parts and Fasteners can be coated with Dip & Spin Unit and big parts like studs and shafts can be Spray Coated. Oven usually has 2 stages of heating i.e. Pre-heating & Main heating.
Zinc flake coating are usually water based resulting thereby less air pollution, low VOC (Volatile Organic Contents) and it is chrome free. It provides higher corrosion protection in comparison with electorally deposited Zinc or Zinc alloy.
